The app collects no data
“Heroes of Halgard” collects, stores and transmits no personal data. There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting and no network connection. The app works entirely offline.
Your saved games live only on your device, in the private application directory the operating system assigns to the app. They never leave it. Uninstalling the app deletes them with it.
There is nobody data could be shared with, because none is collected.
Permissions
The app requests no Android permission that touches personal data: no location, no contacts, no camera, no microphone, no external storage.
Distribution through Google Play
If you obtain the app through Google Play, Google processes the data required for that as its own controller (account, device, installations). I have no influence over this and receive no personal data from Google, only anonymous statistics at most. Google's privacy terms apply.
This website
The site is static. No accounts, no forms, no cookies, no third-party fonts or scripts, no analytics or tracking.
Server log files
When the site is opened, the web server automatically processes technical information sent by your browser: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This is needed to keep the service running and to fend off attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted automatically after a short time. It is not combined with any other source.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
